We are proud to invest in the Mitchell area through meaningful development and revitalization. From expanding Commerce Park and remodeling the 12th & Main Building, to reviving Village Pointe Apartments and growing Allstor from 150 to over 425 units, we’ve helped shape key areas of our community. Along the way, we’ve partnered with dozens of small businesses to help them start and scale right here in Mitchell.

Our latest project, Peaceful Pines — a three-story senior living facility overlooking Lake Mitchell — reflects our ongoing commitment to building with care and vision for the future.
