We purchased this 54-unit apartment complex in 2015 and took a hands-on approach by moving in with our family during the renovation process. Over the course of 30 months, we fully renovated the property—unit by unit—transforming it into a refreshed and modern living community. We sold the complex in 2017 after completing the full renovation. This project reflects our commitment to long-term value, attention to detail, and doing the work alongside our team to get it done right.

Main Street - Mitchell, SD

We acquired the former Campbell Supply building at the corner of 12th and Main in Mitchell and completely renovated the space, breathing new life into this high-visibility location. The transformation included exterior updates, interior build-outs, and infrastructure improvements to create a clean, modern space suited for multiple commercial tenants. Country View Estates was a multi-unit apartment complex in Pierre, SD that we added to our portfolio in 2018. During our ownership, we focused on strategic improvements and updates to enhance the property’s value, safety, and appeal. This pet-friendly community featured controlled access entry and online payment systems—offering tenants both comfort and convenience. After a successful renovation and repositioning, the property was sold in 2020.
